The General Assembly


The General Assembly is made up of delegates from each full member.

 

Each full member freely fixes the number of delegates, irrespective of the voting rights fixed by the Standing Orders. The Standing Orders fix the election procedures and the duration of mandates.

 

Each full member can be represented at the General Assembly by another full member by means of a special proxy.

 

The correspondents are invited to the meetings of the ordinary General Assemblies.

 

The General Assembly meets at least once a year, if necessary more often, upon the invitation of the President.
